Brew: Boil 4 cups (1 litre) of water. Place 1 tea bag in a heat‑safe jar/bowl.

Steep: Pour boiling water over the bag, cover, and steep 30–60 minutes.

Cool: Let the rinse reach room temperature.

Apply: On clean, shampooed hair, slowly pour over scalp and lengths while massaging.

Do not rinse out. Air dry or style as usual. Usage: Use once weekly or every other week based on scalp/hair needs.
