Shipped via Royal Mail or equivalent tracked service.


⚡ Next Day Delivery (UK Mainland Only)

📦 DPD Next Day Delivery – £7.99

  • Order before 2PM (Mon–Fri) for same-day dispatch

  • Orders placed after 2PM are dispatched the next working day

  • Orders placed after 2PM Friday – Sunday are dispatched Monday

📍 Delivery Instructions

Delivery instructions (e.g. “leave in a safe place”) must be added directly with the courier after dispatch.

If a safe place is selected, Toks Natural is not liable for loss or damage once marked as delivered.


🌍 International Shipping

International orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and shipped with full tracking.

Delivery times vary by destination.


🇪🇺 EU Customers

EU orders are shipped using a duties-paid service where applicable, meaning most customs duties and VAT charges are covered upfront to help avoid additional fees upon delivery.

Orders over £150 qualify for free shipping.

Please note that in rare cases, additional customs or import charges may still apply depending on local customs authorities, shipment value, or destination country regulations.


🛃 Customs, Duties & Taxes

For countries outside the European Union, customers may be responsible for customs duties, VAT, or import taxes applied by their country.

Failure to pay customs charges may result in delays or returned parcels.


📦 Damaged or Lost Packages

If your parcel arrives damaged:

  • Keep all packaging

  • Contact the courier to raise a claim

If your parcel is lost, we will assist with an investigation.


🚫 Incorrect Addresses

We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

If an address appears invalid, we may contact you before dispatch.


❓ Missing or Stolen Deliveries

If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your parcel:
