For nearly a decade, I struggled with hair loss. At first, I did not take it seriously because I was comfortable wearing wigs. But after the birth of my first son, the shedding and breakage became much worse. My hair started thinning badly, and I found myself trying almost anything I could find just to fix it.

For years, I hid the problem under wigs instead of dealing with what was happening underneath. Then, after having my second son, the hair loss became even more severe. I was close to going bald. Every time I brushed or styled my hair, large clumps would come out. It was painful, overwhelming, and honestly heartbreaking.

That experience pushed me to use my nursing knowledge differently. I started researching scalp health, follicle biology, and Ayurvedic herbs  applying the same rigour I would bring to clinical practice. I started creating treatments for myself. Over time, my hair began to grow back stronger, thicker, and healthier than before.

The moment I realised it was working, really working, I knew I had to share it. I started posting about my journey online, and women began reaching out from everywhere. That response was the beginning of Toks Natural.
