• The guarantee applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
• Before applying the product for the first time, you must take clear, well-lit photographs of the areas you wish to improve. The date of the first photograph should correspond with the start of your 90-day usage period.
• During your 90-day journey, you must maintain a photo timeline by taking photographs approximately every 2–4 weeks using similar lighting, angles and distance.
• All photographs must be original and unedited. Images that have been filtered, altered or digitally enhanced cannot be accepted.
• You must be able to provide your complete photo timeline if you submit a claim. Claims without a documented timeline cannot be assessed.
• You must provide details of your routine, including:

• The product was purchased from an unauthorised seller.
• The claimant cannot provide proof of purchase.
• The product has been transferred, resold or shared.
• The claim is based solely on expected hair length without considering improvements in scalp condition, reduced shedding, reduced breakage or hair density.
• Claims where there is insufficient product usage to reasonably complete the recommended 90-day routine.
• Medical conditions, medications, nutritional deficiencies, hormonal conditions or other underlying factors that may affect hair growth were not disclosed where relevant.
• Fraudulent, misleading, incomplete or altered information or evidence is submitted.
• Toks Natural reserves the right to decline claims where the eligibility requirements have not been met or where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, altered evidence, duplicate claims or misuse of the guarantee.
