🔁 Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency and duration you selected at checkout.

  • Your payment method will be securely stored, and you will be charged automatically for each delivery unless you choose to pay upfront.

  • Some subscriptions may be set to auto-renew. If you do not wish to renew, you may cancel at any time.

❗ To Cancel or Modify a Subscription:

  • Use the link in your order confirmation email to manage your subscription.

  • You can cancel at any time before your next billing date.

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled but may be eligible for a return as per our Refund Policy.


Pre-Orders

A pre-order is a purchase of an item that is out of stock or launching soon.

  • You may be charged either nothing, a partial deposit, or the full amount at checkout.

  • Your payment details may be stored securely to charge the balance once the item is in stock and ready for shipment.

Cancellation Terms:

  • You may cancel any unfulfilled pre-order at any time for a full refund.

  • Once the pre-order has been shipped or fulfilled, it cannot be canceled — but you may request a return according to our Refund Policy.


🧪 Try Before You Buy

If you order a product under our “Try Before You Buy” program:

  • Your payment method will be pre-authorised, but you won’t be charged immediately.

  • You will have a set trial period (outlined at checkout) to decide if you wish to keep the product.

  • If you do not return the item within the trial period, your payment method will be charged in full.

Return Process:

  • Returned items must meet the same standards as outlined in our Refund Policy.
