We aim to dispatch your orders quickly and provide full transparency regarding our shipping process, fees, and responsibilities.
📦 UK Shipping (Including Islands, Highlands, Northern Ireland & PA Postcodes)

Orders under £50
📦 £3.99 flat-rate shipping via Royal Mail Tracked 48
⚡ Priority Dispatch / Next Day Delivery (UK Mainland Only)
Need your order urgently?
Select Priority Despatch at checkout for £6.99 and we’ll dispatch it the same day (Mon–Fri) if ordered before 2PM.

Orders placed after 2PM are shipped the next working day.

Orders placed after 2PM Friday through Sunday are shipped on the next Monday.

Priority orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24.

📍 Delivery Instructions

Delivery instructions (e.g. leave in a safe place) must be added via the Royal Mail website or app after you receive your tracking number.

If you request a "safe place" delivery, Toks Natural is not liable for any loss or damage once the parcel is marked as delivered.

Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days

Priority Despatch: Next working day (if ordered before 2PM)
Please note: During peak periods, delivery may take longer. We recommend selecting Priority Despatch for urgent orders.
🌍 International Shipping
We aim to ship all international orders within 24 hours with full tracking.
Delivery times vary by destination. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
🛃 Customs, Duties & Taxes
Toks Natural is not responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes applied to international orders. We ship worldwide via secure, trackable services. A plan is in place already for our US customers. If you're shopping from Europe or outside these regions, your country may apply import fees on delivery—these are the customer’s responsibility. Please double-check your local policy ahead of purchase!
📦 Damaged or Lost Packages
We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
If your package arrives damaged:

Keep all packaging and damaged items

File a claim directly with the shipping carrier
🚫 Incorrect Shipping Addresses or Refused Delivery
We attempt to validate shipping addresses before dispatch.
If the address is invalid:

We’ll contact you for correction.

If unreachable, we’ll cancel and refund the order.
Toks Natural is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
❓ Missing or Stolen Deliveries
If your order shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive it:

We will file a claim with the courier.

Allow up to 21 days for investigation. If confirmed lost/stolen, we will replace your order at no cost.
